Vendor Return/Refund Policy
Each vendor on GeniCity.com has their own return policy; consequently, there may be variations between policies. You can view each vendor's return policy in the Returns Center. If you have questions about a vendor's return policy before you place an order, please see the vendor's profile page (this can be accessed from the product page). Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a vendor are borne by the buyer. Items must be returned to the vendor by a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and use a signature shipping service.
We will credit refunds to the original credit card, PayPal or bank account, or we can issue a check.
